Privacy Policy

Last updated: 05 August 2026

Kalo Space (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit kalospace.com (the “Site”), regardless of where in the world you’re visiting from, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

1. Who We Are

Kalo Space is operated from Sweden. If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, you can reach us at:

Email: hello@kalospace.com

2. Information We Collect

At this time, Kalo Space does not require you to create an account, sign up for a newsletter, or submit a contact form to use the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details unless you voluntarily provide it to us directly (for example, by emailing us).

If this changes in the future, for example, if we add a newsletter signup, contact form, or comments section; we will update this policy to describe what information is collected and how it’s used before that feature goes live.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and any tools we use may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as:

  • Your IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type
  • Pages visited and time spent on the Site
  • Referring website

We do not currently use analytics tools to actively track this information for our own purposes. If we begin using an analytics tool (such as Google Analytics) in the future, this section will be updated to explain:

  • What data is collected
  • How long it’s retained
  • Whether cookies or similar technologies are used
  • How you can opt out

You can check back here periodically, or the update will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

3. Cookies

The Site currently does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Some cookies may be set automatically by WordPress (our website platform) for basic site functionality, such as remembering theme preferences. These are not used to identify you personally.

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this section and, where required by law (such as under the EU’s ePrivacy rules), request your consent via a cookie banner before any non-essential cookies are set.

4. Affiliate Links

Some links on this Site are affiliate links. This means that if you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. We are not paid to endorse specific products — we only recommend things we believe are genuinely useful. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more details.

Affiliate networks we work with may use their own cookies or tracking technologies once you click through to their site. We do not control these third-party practices. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

5. How We Use Information

Since we do not currently collect personal information directly, we have nothing to use for marketing, profiling, or sale purposes. Any technical information collected automatically (see Section 2) is used solely, if at all, for the basic operation and security of the Site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

6. Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access any personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Since we do not currently collect personal data through the Site, these rights are largely not yet applicable, but they will apply fully once we introduce any data collection features (like a newsletter).

If you are located in the United States

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) regarding access to, deletion of, and opting out of the sale of personal information. As above, we do not currently collect or sell personal information.

To exercise any rights described above (now or in future), contact us at hello@kalospace.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

Kalo Space is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. International Visitors

Because we welcome visitors from around the world, including the EU and US, any technical information that is collected (see Section 2) may be processed or stored in different countries depending on our hosting provider. We take reasonable steps to ensure any such processing complies with applicable data protection laws.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly as the Site grows and adds new features like newsletters or analytics. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
